Black Hawk Council offers several recognitions, which are supplements to the Brownie Girl Scout Try-Its, Junior Girl Scout Badges and Interest Project Patches for Girls 11-17 offered by Girl Scouts of the USA. These awards are shaped just like the GSUSA recognitions and are to be worn on the front side of the vest or sash with the other Try-Its, Badges and Interest Project Patches. To obtain requirements for earning the following awards, click on the award name to the left under the download section.
Black Hawk Council's Own badges and patches are available for Girl Scouts from other councils to earn. There is no need to ask permission to use our patch programs. Just download the information located to the left and contact our shop to purchase the badge or patch.
